Luxe by she ltd are the controller of your personal data and we process your personal information in line with our legal obligations and to provide you with the services associated with our products. We are committed to and have processes in place to avoid ever collecting any unnecessary personal data from you and do not process your information in a way that differs 

Under certain circumstances (depending on the legal basis we are using to process your data) you also have the right to restrict processing or request erasure of your personal data in accordance with data protection laws, as well as to object to any direct marketing from us. We do not undertake any automated decision making that would implicate any risk to your rights and freedoms.

Luxe by she do not store credit / debit card details or your financial information

Luxe by she use third party payment processors Stripe , Sage Pay, and Klarna, for all payment processing. Luxe by she does not store credit card details and instead relies on the third-party payment processor in the previous list of companies for this service.

In connection with the processing of such payments, we do not retain any personally identifiable information or any financial information such as credit card numbers. All such payment information is provided directly to our third party processors, Secure Trading, Sage Pay, , Payl8r and Klarna, whose use of your personal information is governed by their own privacy policy.

KLARNA PAYMENTS AND YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.

General information on Klarna you can find here. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarna’s privacy policy.

CONSEQUENCES OF NOT PROVIDING YOUR DATA

You are not obligated to provide your personal information however, as some of this information is required as part of our registration and ordering process, you will not be able to order products without providing this.

Where you have applied for a position within the organisation, we destroy all CV’s and associated communication 6 months after the position has been filled. In some circumstances we may want to keep your details for a longer period, at which point we will write and ask

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Thanks for your order, we are happy to exchange your item within 14 days of the date of purchase. We ask all our customers before returning your purchase to ensure the product is unworn and in the original packaging.

Please include a note with your name and order number

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You can return items to us within 14 days of receipt. Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, ALL products must be unopened and in its original shipped condition for the return to be accepted. Any products that have been opened or tampered with will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?

Yes exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Due to the nature and hygiene of our hair products, ALL products must be unopened and in its original shipped condition for an exchange to be accepted. Refunds are accepted on faulty items. The items must be returned unopened / unworn with in 14 days.

For hygiene reasons, we can not accept any products back that have been worn or removed from the gold coil hygiene tag. Items will be returned to the customer once postage has been paid and no exchange will be issued if this was deemed worn or tampered with.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, we do not have a free returns system. Returns must be paid by the customer.

If a item is returned and found to be outside of our company policy the customer will be expected to pay the postage in order for the product to be returned.

HOW LONG DOES A RETURN TAKE TO PROCESS?

We’ll be sure to keep you updated and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our HQ.

Refunds can take 14 days from the day we receive your return in our HQ. Please allow 3-5 working days from your refund notification for the funds to clear in your account.

When returning a item always fill out the returns form provided including your order number name and phone number.

Refunds are not accepted if the customer simply changes their mind. Items can be exchanged for an alternative shade length or method. 

The items remain the buyers property until luxe by she receives them back. We will not be held liable for any items lost in the post. 
Before returning your item please email luxebyshe@mail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will ask you to answer some questions before your return is agreed.
